Learning Control Center (LCC)
LCC is a program planner that establishes your
goals, a course designer that maintains your objectives, and a
project manager for task delegation. The assessment tool
provides test and course validation as well as collection and
analysis of student data from any Learning Management System
(LMS) or Instructor Led Training (ILT).
Features

- Organizational Setup and Program Planning
- Define roles and responsibilities to all of the team
members on any or all projects. These users can be assigned
to groups and be given roles or rights to any function of the
project or program.
- Visually define a program structure to communicate the
approach, business or mission goals, learning objectives, and
even identify relevant documents.
- Also visually design courses by storyboarding.
Communicate best practices, course objectives and structure,
teaching methods, interface design and content requirements
with the storyboard workbook and in documents.
- Team Coordination and Content Organization
- Select team members and assign tasks for each member.
Using the project management feature of LCC you can track
content development activities and automatically communicate
with each individual via email.
- Facilitate collaborative "in-context" instructional
design as all content developers can see each others work as
it evolves.
- Link content located anywhere across the network and
manage resources easily. Any content type can be linked, and
all content changes are automatically traced.
- Create or Import Exams and Export Courses
- Link tests and quizzes developed in LCC to objectives
previously developed. Set up test parameters and import tests
using basic question and test interoperability (QTI)
standards.
- Export as a SCORM 1.2 or 2004 compliant course. The
courses can be exported in part or completely and can then be
imported into any SCORM compliant LMS.
- Process Management and Validation
- Use proven analytics and surveys to assess learner
retention, content reliability and validity of each test
question item. Trainees know what they need to learn and
trainers know what has been learned.
- Ensure that the content created matches learning
objectives established by the curriculum committee.
- Provide stakeholders with a comprehensive and integrated
system for the content management, process coordination,
collaboration, notification and revisions.
